Because this special makes so many grateful.
Jeff,
First, thank you for being a judge on Kill Tony Mania. When you looked at me and said I was just love, you handed me something I will carry the rest of my life. And thank you for letting me kiss your head. I still don't have words for that one.
Then I watched your special.
I went into heart failure. I ended up in a coma. The things I came to know about God in there, I know are true, and your special brought every bit of it back. Watching you step into the love that you are, the love of your family, your friends, your love for life and for handing it to other people, I just sat there and cried.

"Dear Jeff,
I'm probably one of many fans writing to you, but I felt compelled to share just how much your incredible show meant to me. It was a true emotional rollercoaster, taking me from uncontrollable laughter to moments of genuine tears, moved by the beauty and honesty of your life story.
As a lifelong fan who shares a few traits with you, I thought I knew what to expect, but I was completely taken by surprise by how deeply it affected me.
Thank you for the many years of laughter, and for creating something so personal and profoundly moving.
Bless you, and please never stop being yourself."

"Don't know if you'll see this but my wife and I watched your broadway special last night and were completely blown away at how amazing your performance was. You embodied what it is to be a true comic. Your candid unapologetic view at life was an absolute work of art and we cannot applaud you enough. Thank you for being so honest and most of all hilarious 🙏 👏"
