90 minutes for up to 25 people, on site. The basics of face reading, then the features one at a time, then reading faces and moods live, and fitting your words to the person: in compliments, in sales and in hard conversations. A Personology workbook for everyone.
New · One leader, one on one
Leader Shadow Coaching · Starting at $1,200
Dawn follows one leader through a normal workday, watches how they talk to people, then coaches them privately the same day with the Dawn Method: what they did well, one or two changes, and belief. Half a day from $1,200, a full day from $2,000, and both include a short follow-up visit two to four weeks later to see that the change stuck. An app can’t watch a supervisor snap at a new hire and say, “Here’s a better way to handle that.” Dawn can.
How it stays fair: the leader agrees up front, the team knows Dawn is there to watch the leader, not them, and Dawn’s notes go to the leader only, unless everyone agrees otherwise.
The 30-day promise
Do the ten-minute routine on at least 20 of the 30 days. If your day-30 check isn’t better than day one, Dawn comes back for a follow-up session at no charge.
